i'm so bloody bored at home. spent the entire week playing hobowars/ watching gilmore girls/ msn-ing/ listening to music/ baking (finally i can make a kick ass camarel custard =) ) but besides tt i'm bored stiff!!!

Yesterday was lantern fest/mooncake fest, met up with pearl and ser for the annual bonfire erm... lantern playing. as usual it was kinda fun making the cleaners life difficult and sacrificing the lives of many insects. jie found a new emo spot and i dropped candle wax on my leg >.< bahhhhh
to those ppl that i've been mean to: sorry dunno whats wrong with me these days... it's been so hard to control everything... and a perpetual headache doesnt help either... i just feel like coming home to complaining everyday sucks the life out of me... i'm really sorry if i've been a bitch... it's just that it's not easy to smile everytime even thou i'm used to it...
ok to be honest this is my first trip out of sg besides seafood in JB in like 1999 yes yes LAUGH if u want to laughhhhhh HMMMPH! and yes i packed like 1 weeks worth of clothes =x PTP:"if u carry one week of clothes for the next 3 day holiday i'm not helping u with ur luggage" *note PTP = Pearlyn the Tortoise Princess.* and yes it's that much clothes i was excited mahhhhh!!!
pearl's parents came and picked me at 8.30am and we went to tanah merah ferry terminal. i didnt even know tanah merah had a ferry terminal... =s then breakfast and pass immigration.
when i passed immigration the guy actually said oh ur first time leaving singapore. have fun! =s feel so damn sua ku... took the ferry. took pics =p felt seasick at the start but fell asleep anyway.

reached there was rainin and rooms not ready so pearl's parents booked a cab and we went sightseeing and seafood eating. not really much to see double the size of sg with 80% grass =s.
oh and u can actually tell the difference when bintan resorts end indonesia starts. sooooo much difference. the driver brought us to this kelong place far away from nirwana (where we stayed) food was gooodddd and fresh! (egg omelette, kang kong, gong gong and sweet and sour fish)
den after eating we went to the nearest town from the hotel which was a 45 min drive... hmmm nothing much to see... it's so poor over there feels like i've been transported to another time =s

went to pasar oleh oleh too some singapore tourism market bought some stuff like keropok, durian kueh, bubble gum and beer. beer is like 3 cans for S$5. -.-" so cheap but bintang beer is disgustingly terrible.
went back to the hotel checked in and then went for more seafood!!! (i should stop eating but muhahahahaha it's a holiday sorry jie =p) (brocoli and beef, calamari, seafood soup, chicken brinjal and prawns)
came back pearl's dad went to feed the koi and tortoises in the hotel pond. ppl feed the fish but I need to "protect" tortoises since the princess of the tortoises is my best fren. there's 4 tortoises there but we only found the 4th one on our last day...
namely, LAZY who sits there and not swims/crawls because he's too lazy he stretches out his head just to he can gobble the food. STUPID [pearl's fav] who wants to fit in with the fishes so he swims where ever they go resulting in the fact that he doesnt get to eat much. USELESS [my fav] who cannot swim properly and always sinks to the bottom while trying to eat and NUT (New Unidentified Tortoise) who we dunno much about. ok so so back to the room to watch tv and slp.

next morning pearl's mom woke us at 7am to eat breakfast =s and yes we did wake up!!! had buffet breakfast ate alot again...(international buffet if i actually named it all the entry would be too long)
and after down to the beach to play with water, i managed to drag pearl to kayak, jet ski and snorkel woohooo!!!! kayaking was fun the water so nice and clear but man it was tiring my arms are still sore, after that we went jet skiing best experience of my life ever!!! (might be one of the worse for pearl thou hahahaha)
woohooooo i was driving at like 273 wadeva the rate was but man it was damn fast my hair was actually dry after 15 so u can guess and pearl was clinging on to me for dear life hahaha she nearly fell off a few times but hahaha i am a reckless driver lalalala pearl also drove but a lot more safely hahahahaha
after that we went snorkelling around the dying coral reef but we managed to see a lot of fish, some half dead corals, alot of seaweed and drink ALOT of seawater oooo and we saw a jellyfish or at least i think it was... hahahaha but man snorkelling is tiring and so unglam LOL!!!
after that we back to the hotel room on the way back we saw 2 iguanas basket DAMN big lar one was next to me and i didnt even know it was there bout a metre long then in the canal i thought it was like a black water snake or smth but turns out it had feet so it was a HUGE BLACK SWIMMING IGUANA thats like more than 1 metre wide LAR!!! scaryyyy but it swam away before i could snap a pic.
bathed went for lunch at the korean restaurant ate again sooooo much!! (5 plates of appetizers, 1 big wok of some chili pork thingy, 1 bowl of ox tail soup, 1 plate of some spicy pork thingy again) then pearl's parents left so we went to swim again for a while then off to kelong to watch the sunset, take emo pics and eat. yes eat again. sunset was lovely but since we were bz taking pics didnt really get to watch it hahaha ate... prawns, crab, calamari and crayfish yum yum. went back to the hotel fed LAZY STUPID USELESS NUT again then then we for soju which pearl got drunk hahahahaha =p funny but scary!

morning up again at 8am damn i'm good for once i'm early =) buffet breakfast again and then after that we went for a manicure and pedicure relaxing.. and ticklish but oh wells nails look perfect now and hands and feet are nice and scrubbed and moisturized god i feel like a bimbo but hahahaha it feels good once in a while =p
had lunch at the korean restaurant again and fed the fishes and tortoises and nearly missed the bus. took the ferry back and tadaaaa i'm backkkk with sunburnt skin, perfect nails, aching muscles and o so perfect memories =)

Those that spent my birthday this year with me, thanx so much. =) I havent laughed that much in a long time.
There's so many things I want to say but I just don't know how to say them. Thinking back just to this sem, regrets who doesn't have any? I shouldnt have lost my temper, shouldnt have been a idiot when dealing with people. I really should learn how to be more patient and step into other people's shoes before acting and talking. The major projects in this sem has really taken a toll on me...
AFP1 haha "Black and White" orginally called "Yin and Yang" hahaha to be honest I kept telling myself I hated the project, hated the people I was workin with, hated every single aspect of it. But honestly, looking back at it now, although the footage wasnt that good, wasnt what i expected, wasnt that i wanted after so much work but we tried our best even when the bloody genny died on us. *curse curse curse* We didnt liked getting fucked upside down by leonard but we still managed to shoot on film and have picture. (Thats one consolation) but I managed to learn stuff bout the people i worked with and more importantly about myself too.
AFP2 hmmm... i guess went slightly more smoothly then AFP1. Beats were still lightly off but at least this project ended with happy memories. The last film project in school that I can call my own. Of cos there was some not so happy stuff that went on but i'm quite glad that well it's nearly solved already. =) it might be hard when u're going thru it at that point of time, i for one acted like it meant nothing to me but now i really miss those times... oh wells.
ECOUSTICS our studio project, i had fun!!! being the set designer and PR is really relaxing but I pity Jessel la... everything also he do... Thanx =p final product was not that bad. =) oh yea and earl singing with rei when jac wasnt there was just hilarious lar!!! =)
POST-PRODUCTION hmmm... honestly i didnt like it. but hahaha there were some good memories in it. I kept my promise. =) bet some idiot forgot again but hahaha.
REGIONAL was hmmmm... i shall say interesting. watching boring weird movies and some really nice ones was kinda cool. except my director la... park chan wook. =s damn difficult to present on but i kinda had fun watching his movies although i was hiding behind my fingers or the blanket 90% of the time. =p
MEDIA LAW with Vinod was like a blessing lar. i pity the next sem people. good luck man!!! Vinod's THE MAN!!!
to sum it up this sem's been full of up and downs for me. but as dajie likes to say "the bad things are there for u to fully apperciate the good" or something to that extend. =p ooOOOoOOOooOOooOOoo and i passed this sem... result suck but most importantly I PASSED!!!
